We are excited to announce that we have expanded our coaching team and are looking ahead to Summer term where we have some availability.
We are in our 9th year of delivering QUALITY basketball sessions to primary schools across Merseyside and providing children of all ages and abilities with the opportunity to get active through basketball. Our programme has been hugely successful and we are so pleased to be able to expand our offer to even more schools.
We offer either a Morning or Afternoon session for the full term which is delivered in line with the National Curriculum objectives for P.E (see document below) In addition to this, there is also an option to add a breakfast club or afterschool club too. We can deliver to all year groups from Nursery to Year 6.
Our schools delivery is grounded in the ethos of Ball4All and rests upon the pillars of PARTICIPATION, ENJOYMENT and DEVELOPMENT. This programme feeds directly into our Mini Mavericks Club sessions, giving all children the opportunity to continue their involvement in sports and basketball beyond the curriculum.
All coaches are minimum Level 2 qualified, hold full enhanced DBS, have completed safeguarding course and are licensed with the National governing body. They are experienced in delivering school sessions of mixed abilities and also all coach at National league level for Mersey Mavericks.
